Service Description

This class will introduce you to the foundation of pilates. We will be doing body weight core poses. We will work through the form needed for each pose to receive maximum benefits. We will also introduce breathing techniques that are important to utilize throughout the class. As you begin to progress with the Pilates movements, the class will progress as well. These Classes cap at 3-4 people.
